Midco Sports announces a major technology upgrade through a new partnership with Visaic.

Midco Sports has announced a strategic partnership with Visaic to power its next-generation streaming platform. The agreement centers on deploying an AI-powered, cloud-based platform designed to scale live streaming, enable real-time video clipping, generate AI-driven highlight moments, and support fan engagement within a unified workflow.

On the new platform, content from teams, schools, and conferences will be uploaded more efficiently, while fans enjoy multi‑screen viewing and an expanded connected-TV experience via Samsung and LG devices. The upgrade also promises easier navigation and a more seamless viewer journey.

“The Visaic team brings deep industry experience and strong relationships to deliver a modern, cloud-first video platform focused on interactivity, AI, data science, and user-first managed services,” said Jeannie Thurston, Midco Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sports. “Both brands are in growth mode, and we’re excited about what we can achieve together.”

“We’re thrilled to partner with Midco Sports to drive the next phase of growth for Midco Sports Plus,” stated Visaic CEO Kanaan Jemili. “The Visaic Interactive Platform offers a best-in-class solution for sports brands seeking to expand and deepen audience engagement across live, on-demand, and short-form content, while supporting revenue through subscriptions and advertising.”

With this upgrade, Midco Sports aims to elevate fan experiences and broaden its reach as the Midco Sports brand expands, signaling a new era of interactive streaming and fan engagement for collegiate athletics.
