Upward Broadband and Paradise Energy Solutions begin construction on a shared Mount Joy headquarters designed to support growth, collaboration, and sustainability.

Upward Broadband and its sister company Paradise Energy Solutions have broken ground on a new 7.8-acre, five-story corporate headquarters in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, designed to fuel long-term growth, collaboration, and innovation across both organizations.

Located along Strickler Road in Rapho Township, the site offers convenient access to major Mid-Atlantic highways and is positioned to reduce travel time to job sites and regional offices.

The building will include roughly 39,000 square feet of shop space and 35,000 square feet of office space, with the top two floors—about 14,000 square feet—reserved for anticipated future growth and lease-ready as needed to accommodate expanding teams.

Paradise Energy Solutions will integrate renewable energy directly into the project, featuring solar arrays on the roof and two solar carports totaling approximately 609 kilowatts on the building and 252 kilowatts on the carports. The site will also include 14 electric-vehicle charging stations for employees and company vehicles, with provisions for additional chargers as needs evolve.

“This investment reflects our belief in the value we bring to the marketplace and the future growth of the industries we serve,” said Marcus Beiler, co-owner of Paradise Energy Solutions and Upward Broadband. “Bringing our teams together in one location creates opportunities for collaboration and efficiency that will be a strategic advantage for both organizations.”

Construction is slated to begin this month, with completion targeted for June 2027, establishing a centralized hub for both companies and space to grow for years to come.
