The 2026 ISP Network Report, which compiles billions of daily metrics from Preseem’s global base of regional ISPs, is now available for download. The study benchmarks performance for fixed wireless and fiber networks and offers data-driven guidance for operators navigating a competitive broadband landscape.
Among the findings: subscriber data usage continues to surge, with fiber subscribers consuming more data on average than fixed wireless users. Throughput has climbed to new levels across the board, with fixed wireless showing double-digit gains and overall wireless throughput robust. Upload throughput has also grown strongly, underscoring a shift in user behavior toward higher upstream needs. Wireless latency declined year over year, enabling more responsive real-time apps, while access-point market dynamics shifted, with Cambium and Tarana gaining share while some legacy players saw minor declines.
