Sparklight Business has launched a Partner Solutions Program to broaden its channel reach, onboarding ACS Cloud Partners as its first nationwide agency partner.

Sparklight Business has launched a new Partner Solutions Program aimed at expanding its reach through a growing ecosystem of technology brokerages and technology advisor partners. The program formalizes Sparklight’s channel presence and opens new revenue opportunities across its 24-state fiber footprint.

The rollout coincides with the onboarding of the program’s first nationwide agency partner, ACS Cloud Partners, marking the start of a multi-phase channel expansion strategy to better support business customers with reliable, scalable fiber-powered Internet and enterprise-grade connectivity, security and voice solutions.

Key capabilities include a fiber-powered network spanning more than 22,000 miles across 24 states and scalable options such as coax Internet up to 1 Gbps, PON fiber up to 5 Gbps, and dedicated fiber services up to 100 Gbps, along with enterprise-grade voice services like hosted voice, SIP trunking, PRI and POTS alternatives.

The program also encompasses advanced managed services—Business Wi‑Fi Plus (powered by eero), SecurityAdvantage cloud protection, Always-On wireless backup, managed router and firewall services, and fully managed enterprise Wi‑Fi—backed by dedicated partner support, training and co-selling opportunities.

“We’re committed to giving channel partners every advantage they need to grow,” said Katherine Creech, Vice President of Business Services at Sparklight Business. “Our Partner Solutions Program is designed for simplicity, leveraging a fiber-powered network and hands-on partner support to build a foundation for long-term partner success and shared growth.”
