Ripple Fiber celebrated its Statesville opening with a ribbon cutting, signage reveal, and support from local partners after its 2025 BridgeNET Fiber acquisition.

Ripple Fiber hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Statesville, North Carolina, signaling a strengthened local presence in the wake of its 2025 acquisition of BridgeNET Fiber. The event was held in partnership with the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Statesville, with community members welcomed into the company’s new local office.

The fiber-optic provider highlighted its high-bandwidth services, including multigig and symmetrical-speed packages, and reiterated its White Glove Installation approach for a seamless in-home setup. The ceremony also displayed Ripple Fiber’s new branding as part of its expanded footprint in Statesville.

Greg Wilson, Ripple Fiber’s Founder and CEO, expressed pride in serving Statesville and emphasized that the local team is comprised of community members dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and ongoing engagement with residents. He noted that Ripple Fiber’s market approach emphasizes transparent pricing and no long-term contracts.

Local leaders welcomed Ripple Fiber, framing the investment as a catalyst for Statesville’s digital future. Beth Packman, Co-President of the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce, highlighted the role of the investment in supporting remote work, online learning, telehealth, and other digitally dependent activities across households and small businesses.

Ripple Fiber also provided an update on its Western North Carolina expansion efforts, including ongoing construction in Salisbury Road and West Downtown, with South Statesville and additional areas forthcoming. Residents in current and future service areas can expect notification letters or door hangers detailing package options and construction timelines.
