Ripple Fiber begins fiber internet deployment in Holden, MA, targeting over 11,000 Worcester County homes as part of broader expansion.

Ripple Fiber has begun delivering its all-fiber internet in Holden, Massachusetts, after a May 2025 groundbreaking. The rollout is planned to reach more than 11,000 households across Worcester County, including Holden and West Boylston.

Residents eager to upgrade can schedule a home installation online or by phone as Ripple Fiber rolls out its 10 gig, 100-percent fiber network. The service is advertised with straightforward pricing and the option of Price for Life on select multigig packages, such as 1 Gig and 2 Gig, with no contracts.

“Ripple Fiber is pleased to deliver high-speed fiber internet to our first customers in Massachusetts, while exploring expansion across the state to reach more residents,” said Greg Wilson, founder and CEO. “Since our groundbreaking, we’ve partnered with local groups and events, emphasizing community impact and a strong Worcester County presence.”

Industry context shows a digital divide: a March 2025 Reviews.org report found that 55% of Massachusetts lacks access to future-proof fiber. Ripple Fiber aims to bridge this gap by offering symmetrical upload and download speeds for remote work, e-learning, gaming, and streaming.

Construction continues in Holden and West Boylston, with additional Worcester, Norfolk, and Bristol counties slated for updates in the coming months. The company has opened a local retail office in Clinton and plans another location in Bristol County in early 2026 to support local service and customer experiences.

Holden Town Manager Peter Lukes praised the project, noting that residents will soon have more internet options. Ripple Fiber’s ten-gig, all-fiber network and transparent approach to pricing are positioned to power communities for decades, with service offerings highlighted by the industry as a model for future deployments.

For subscribers, Ripple Fiber emphasizes symmetrical speeds and clear pricing with Price for Life on select multigig options, aiming to deliver dependable performance that supports remote work, education, and family entertainment.
