Ripple Fiber Expands High-Speed Packages

Ripple Fiber has broadened its service options with 5 Gbps and 8 Gbps plans for residential and business customers, including a new approach to Wi‑Fi backup through its collaboration with eero.

Ripple Fiber has expanded its portfolio by introducing 5 Gbps and 8 Gbps options for both residential and business customers, reflecting the company’s ongoing network expansion and commitment to scalable, high-capacity connectivity.

The new Gig packages come with a notable feature: free Wi‑Fi backup across all plans, delivered through Ripple Fiber’s collaboration with eero. This includes the eero Wi‑Fi Pro 7 router, eero Signal, and eero Secure as standard components in the offerings.

Homeowners can expect symmetrical upload and download speeds, 3‑year price locks, and premium security and network management features. Premium in-home installation is provided by White Glove technicians, and a 30‑day service guarantee promises double money back if issues cannot be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

For businesses, Ripple Fiber’s packages start at $95 and include the same eero hardware and Wi‑Fi backup, with added benefits such as VIP technical support and one business phone line for 5 Gbps or 8 Gbps plans.

“Following the partnership with eero, the evolution of our service options underscores our focus on customer experience and scalable technology as we grow our network,” said Greg Wilson, founder and CEO of Ripple Fiber. “We’re proud to offer residential and business customers flexible options that support everything from guest networks and security systems to large file backups and content production.”
