Vyve Broadband has announced the appointment of Melanie Hannasch and Guy McCormick as co-presidents, following the departure of longtime leader Andy Parrott who steered the company through a period of notable expansion.

Vyve Broadband today named Melanie Hannasch, the chief operating officer, and Guy McCormick, the senior vice president of engineering, as co-presidents of the company, effective immediately. The appointments come as the firm transitions leadership following Andy Parrott’s departure, who helped guide Vyve through a period of significant growth and transformation.

Hannasch will continue to oversee operations with a focus on customer experience, service delivery, and organizational alignment, while McCormick will lead engineering and network strategy to ensure Vyve’s infrastructure evolves to meet rising demand.

The two executives will jointly guide Vyve into its next phase, with a focus on strengthening infrastructure, enhancing the customer experience, and expanding access to high-speed connectivity across Vyve’s communities.

“Melanie and Guy are proven leaders who embody Vyve’s values — integrity, innovation, and a relentless commitment to the company’s customers and communities,” said Andy Parrott, former president and CEO. “Their combined experience positions Vyve to continue building strong connections and delivering meaningful progress across the footprint.”

Vyve also expressed appreciation to Parrott for his leadership and contributions and wished him continued success in his next chapter.

Looking ahead, Hannasch and McCormick plan to invest in Vyve’s network and technology, ensuring reliable, future-ready connectivity as the company grows alongside its communities.
