IQ Fiber Announces Official Rebrand
IQ Fiber announced the formal rebranding of ThinkBig Networks to IQ Fiber, signaling the completion of IQ Fiber’s acquisition of the Maryland-based internet provider and unifying both companies under a single brand and mission.
Under the IQ Fiber banner, Maryland customers will continue to receive the same trusted local team and a 100% fiber-optic network, now backed by IQ Fiber’s 24/7 in-house support, proactive network monitoring, and a new online account portal. The company notes that IQ Fiber’s in-house team answers a high percentage of calls in under 30 seconds, with additional support available via chat, email, and the portal.
IQ Fiber has also outlined plans to accelerate network deployment to additional communities across the Chesapeake Bay region and the broader Mid-Atlantic area. The expansion will include new residential options, such as 2- and 5-gig plans, as well as expanded business services.
