TechSee releases Connectivity Guru Model 3.1, adding an AI visual assist layer to its Visual AI platform for home connectivity, enabling real-time Wi-Fi issue detection and guided resolutions for contact center agents.

TechSee has announced the general availability of Connectivity Guru Model 3.1, the latest release of its Visual AI platform for home connectivity. The upgrade introduces an AI visual assist layer for contact center agents, enabling real-time Wi‑Fi issue detection, visual-guided resolutions, and verification without dispatching a technician.

Providers can automatically collect Wi‑Fi signal data during IVR interactions or during live calls, and agents now receive a 3D connectivity heatmap that highlights signal strength, placement gaps, and interference patterns. This enables agents to identify the root cause and guide customers through a resolution in minutes.

“Most contact center agents are still flying blind when it comes to Wi‑Fi,” said Eitan Cohen, TechSee’s CEO and co‑founder. “Connectivity Guru 3.1 adds the missing layer of visibility so agents can see what’s happening and solve issues quickly.”

The platform also emphasizes privacy: the resulting digital twin is anonymized and stores only abstracted coverage data, with no real-world images retained. This ensures privacy while providing a shared reference for agents, supervisors and field teams to align on what was observed and fixed.

Beyond diagnostics, Connectivity Guru 3.1 supports proactive service through Connectivity GPT. Rollouts are customized to each provider’s integration and operations, and the suite continues to expand with the Analyze, Visualize, and Optimize modules to improve resolution speed, reduce truck rolls, and lower churn in telecom and smart‑home deployments.
