Home Telecom launches its Tech Giant Internet Plan on Daniel Island, delivering symmetrical fiber speeds up to 5 Gbps for homes and businesses.

Home Telecom has unveiled its Tech Giant Internet Plan on Daniel Island, delivering fiber-to-the-premises speeds of up to 5 gigabits per second (Gbps) for households and businesses. The offering aims to meet the needs of power users who require high-performance connectivity for work, streaming, security, and gaming.

Gina Shuler, vice president of Marketing at Home Telecom, emphasized the company’s local footprint and commitment to customer experience. “As a local company with an office and technicians on the island, we’re dedicated to delivering the best technology and a seamless experience for those who depend on fast, reliable connectivity,” she said.

The Tech Giant Plan features symmetrical speeds up to 5 Gbps and scalable capacity for multiple devices, making it suitable for activities such as 8K streaming, competitive gaming, and demanding cloud-based workflows. The package also includes advanced smart device prioritization through Home Telecom’s managed Wi‑Fi app, whole-home coverage with up to three mesh units, and complimentary access to SmartTown Community Wi‑Fi, ensuring robust connectivity both indoors and outdoors.
