Ritter Communications announced the expansion and renovation of its West Little Rock office at 900 South Shackleford Road, significantly increasing the company’s local footprint and doubling its existing space.
Renovations began in spring 2025 and were completed in August 2025, enabling Ritter to scale its workforce and regional operations across Arkansas and neighboring states.
“This renovation reflects our growth and long-term investment in Central Arkansas,” said Ritter Communications CEO Heath Simpson. “By creating a more collaborative, modern workspace, we’re equipping our team with the tools and environment they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.”
“Our new location not only enhances our operational capabilities but also creates an inspiring environment for our team members,” said Ritter Communications Vice President of Corporate Services Danny Smith. The project was led by Little Rock-based contractor CBM Construction.
Headquartered in Jonesboro, Ritter Communications has served homes, schools and businesses in the Mid-South with advanced communications technology for more than 115 years, combining best-in-class tech with a customer-focused experience.
The company noted that the expanded office could create additional job opportunities as Ritter continues to extend its footprint across Arkansas and beyond.
