The Peñasco Valley Telephone Cooperative (PVT) has named GOCare and Dialpad as strategic partners to modernize its customer engagement and deliver more connected, people-first digital experiences.
By consolidating digital communications with GOCare’s integrated toolset, PVT aims to eliminate manual workflows, boost agent efficiency, and obtain a unified view across voice, SMS, web chat, and social channels.
Key components of the rollout include replacing a legacy on-premises phone system with Dialpad, integrating two-way SMS, web chat, and Facebook messaging into GOCare, and linking with NISC, Calix, and Salesforce for a comprehensive omnichannel portal.
The project also covers deploying GOCare Pulse surveys to support automation and continuous service improvements, and expanding messaging with GOCare Messenger and Reach for targeted customer campaigns.
“This partnership aligns with PVT’s community-first approach,” said Eugene McCord, CIO of PVT. “Bringing voice, messaging, digital channels, and customer data together with GOCare and Dialpad will help our teams respond faster and deliver consistent experiences.”
