Granite State Communications, a long-standing New Hampshire service provider, announced the deployment of CHR Solutions’ Omnia360e BSS/OSS platform to advance customer service, streamline operations, and broaden digital offerings.
The platform delivers a unified, 360-degree view of customers, real-time dashboards for actionable insights, and field tools that speed up installs and service. It also provides facilities and CPE management and integrates ecommerce, enabling the carrier to create new revenue opportunities.

CHR Solutions’ Activations team led the project using its Solutions Delivery Process (SDP), guiding Granite State through a successful implementation that included best-practice workflows, field tools, automated activation, dashboards and ecommerce capabilities. CHR’s process is designed to ensure minimal disruption and maximum staff adoption, delivering measurable improvements in operations.
