DojoNetworks unveiled three profit-driving enhancements to Elemento, its unified network-operations platform, during OPTECH 2025 in Las Vegas, with live demos at Booth #219.
Elemento combines network automation, resident experience, property-manager oversight, performance monitoring, and revenue operations into a single pane of glass for service providers serving multifamily communities and other MDUs.
Newly redesigned dashboard—The dashboard was rebuilt from the ground up to deliver real-time visibility across APs, controllers, resident devices, circuits, and UPS systems. It features multi-layer dashboards for property managers, regional managers, and portfolio executives, predictive health indicators, and streamlined troubleshooting workflows.
AI-powered support agent—An AI-assisted agent embeds triage and guided troubleshooting within Elemento workflows, offering automated issue intake, diagnostic suggestions, integration with Zendesk and Slack/Teams, and 24/7 resident self-service options for tasks like credential resets and device checks.
Vendor-agnostic licensing—For the first time, Elemento is available nationwide as a vendor-agnostic platform for ISPs and MSPs, enabling operators to bring their own controllers, billing, and ticketing tools while unifying operations and revenue functions.
DojoNetworks cites ROI and efficiency gains: backlog reductions of up to 50%, ticket-resolution speeds up to 95% faster, and earlier issue visibility, all while supporting multi-vendor environments such as RUCKUS, Cambium, TP-Link, OpenWiFi, MikroTik, and more. The platform also integrates with OSS/BSS systems to streamline operations across thousands of doors.
Founder and President Dan Myers said Elemento 2.0 is more than a software update—it’s a command center that helps operators see issues sooner, resolve them faster, and deliver experiences residents actually notice. DojoNetworks notes the Elemento platform already serves 30,000+ doors with 99.9% retention and reduced escalations.
