OPTECH 2025 is entering a bold new era as the Real Estate Technology & Transformation Center (RETTC) takes leadership of the conference in Las Vegas, signaling a tighter integration of proptech and broadband leadership.
In a move described as a new chapter for the industry, OPTECH will be hosted and managed directly by RETTC. All attendees, exhibitors, and partners will become RETTC members, creating a focused community of decision-makers at the intersection of technology, real estate, and connectivity. NMHC members will still receive discounted access and partnership ties.
The event will run from November 17–19, 2025 at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, transforming the hotel into the center of property operations, broadband deployment, and digital infrastructure strategy. The program will feature mainstage conversations, workshops, and immersive formats around broadband, automation, cybersecurity, AI integration, and regulatory developments.
The agenda includes a keynote from Kara Swisher, who will discuss the human and ethical dimensions of emerging tech, and Nathan Blecharczyk, Airbnb’s co-founder and chief strategy officer, in a headline conversation about growth, disruption, and responsibility in tech markets.
OPTECH 2025 introduces new formats such as The NOFOMO Stage and Deep Dive Case Studies, plus the FuturesLab pilots and the Fast Pitches showcase. Attendees will also find return of executive roundtables, longer workshops, and dedicated spaces for private meetings and networking, all under RETTC’s membership model.
Pricing and logistics include hotel rates starting around $188 per night, with RETTC member registrations at $1,195 and refunds available minus $250 up to 10 business days before the event. The plan emphasizes a high-level, collaborative exchange with real-time opportunities to implement solutions at the property level.
