Connected America 2026 announced its forward-looking conference agenda ahead of its Texas event this April, outlining a program that blends policy, innovation, and investment to scale next-generation connectivity across the United States.

Connected America 2026 unveiled their future-focused agenda ahead of this year’s conference in Texas this April, signaling a comprehensive program designed to shape the future of U.S. connectivity. The event will take place on April 14 at the Irving Convention Center, receiving industry attention as a premier forum for next-generation networks.

The lineup features several industry heavyweights, led by an opening keynote from Elad Nafshi, Comcast’s chief network officer, who is expected to set the tone for discussions on the evolving network landscape.

Other sessions will explore “networks of tomorrow” led by Sue Marek, editorial director at Ookla, followed by a high-level look at state-led initiatives. Bree Maki, Executive Director of the Minnesota Office of Broadband Development, will join counterparts from Colorado, Texas, and Michigan to discuss progress and challenges in state broadband programs.

This year’s agenda places a significant emphasis on artificial intelligence. AI America, one of the event’s themes, will host dedicated sessions covering AI policy, investment, and practical applications in network optimization.

Beyond AI, the program will examine communications infrastructure as the backbone of smarter cities, looking at how next-generation networks can better support urban services and development. Other key themes include policy changes, data centers, satellite leadership, startup pitches (Startup America), and a live podcast lounge featuring senior industry figures.

By bridging policy debate, technical innovation, and investment strategy, Connected America 2026 aims to provide a roadmap for scaling next-generation connectivity nationwide. Tickets are available online, and the event also features a free ticket program offering complimentary passes to certain U.S.-based attendees.
