Blue Stream Fiber announces a leadership upgrade as it accelerates expansion in Florida and Texas.

Blue Stream Fiber announced a wave of executive promotions Thursday as the fiber-optic provider positions itself for faster expansion across Florida and Texas.

The promotions include Josh Turiano to Chief Innovation and AI Officer, Brad Feldman to Chief Strategy Officer, and Joe Godas to Chief Technology Officer, with Turiano noted for leading the company’s Metis AI platform, described as award-winning by industry outlets.

Brad Feldman will oversee product management, capital planning and enterprise transformation, drawing on more than two decades in the cable and telecom sector, while Joe Godas steps into the CTO role to drive technology strategy across Blue Stream’s networks and services.

In addition, leadership changes in customer-facing operations were announced: Milton Lopera was named Chief Customer Officer and Greg Chamberlain becomes Executive Vice President of Operations to speed installations and reduce trouble calls, while Larry Lewis was named Senior Vice President of Construction and Project Management after directing more than 250 active projects in the past year.

Blue Stream’s CEO Gavin Keirans framed the promotions as “building a stronger leadership bench” as the company scales, emphasizing that strong leadership and execution remain central to serving customers and partners during the growth phase. The announcements were provided to Broadband Communities as Blue Stream positions itself for a next phase of growth in its target markets of Florida and Texas.
