TechSee has named Leroy Williams, formerly EVP and Chief Growth and Innovation Officer at Optimum (Altice USA), to its Advisory Board.

Williams brings deep expertise across telecom, consumer products, media, and technology, having led growth, brand, product, GTM, CX, and innovation strategies for industry leaders including Verizon, Rogers, and Samsung.

TechSee’s Visual Agentic AI platform combines vision with automation across live support, field service, and digital self-service. With integrations from Salesforce and Accenture, the platform helps telecom providers reduce churn, cut costs, and improve customer satisfaction at scale.

“Telecom and technology providers are no longer experimenting with AI. The expectation now is delivery of immediate results that strengthen trust, enable value creation, and enhance customer experience satisfaction,” Williams said. “TechSee is uniquely positioned to deliver those outcomes, and I am excited to support its mission as an Advisory Board member.”

CEO Eitan Cohen added that Williams’ experience at the nexus of telecom and innovation will be instrumental as TechSee scales its platform for providers around the world.

TechSee continues to position itself as a leader in AI-driven customer engagement, helping operators modernize their operations while improving service quality and loyalty.
