ETI Software Solutions and Esri have joined forces to bring real-time geospatial insights to telecom providers. The partnership blends ETI’s integration capabilities with Esri’s ArcGIS to visualize device data from telecom networks within a unified GIS platform.

ETI Software Solutions and Esri have announced a strategic partnership designed to equip telecommunications providers with real-time geospatial insights. By embedding live data from key network devices into Esri’s ArcGIS environment, the collaboration enables operators to monitor and visualize critical information directly within a familiar GIS interface.

The integration leverages Esri’s Geospatial Cloud alongside ETI’s intelegrateSM technology, a low-code solution that connects diverse telecom devices to one central platform. Operators can access data from optical line terminals (OLTs) and optical network terminals (ONTs) in real time, helping to bridge data silos and streamline field workflows.

Industry challenges persist as providers deal with fragmented datasets and manual processes that slow decision-making. The new partnership aims to cut costs, shorten response times, and improve data accuracy, while supporting smarter network expansion, optimized fiber routing, and better customer experiences that reduce churn.

“This strategic integration with Esri marks a significant leap forward for telecommunications providers,” said Jeff Fraleigh, President of ETI Software Solutions. “By combining intelegrate’s rapid, low-code integration with Esri’s leading GIS technology, we’re delivering actionable, real-time geospatial intelligence that helps operators run more efficiently and improve subscriber satisfaction.”

The intelegrateSM solution, built on the Esri Geospatial Cloud, exemplifies how telecom providers can manage a wide range of subscriber devices more efficiently, lower operating costs, and maintain high service quality.

As ETI and Esri advance this collaboration, telecom providers can expect ongoing enhancements that deepen geospatial visibility across networks and subscribers, unlocking new levels of operational agility.
