Broadband Communities has opened nominations for the 2026 Broadband Communities Awards, inviting industry leaders to showcase high-impact connectivity projects and community benefits.

Broadband Communities has opened nominations for the 2026 Broadband Communities Awards, inviting leaders from the broadband, telco, and multifamily sectors to submit projects that exemplify the industry’s most impactful work in connectivity and community betterment.

This year’s awards emphasize credibility and transparency, with a refined judging process and updated categories designed to reflect BEAD deployments and the technology-first mindset shaping modern multifamily properties.

Categories span a wide range, including Broadband Project of the Year, Broadband Provider of the Year, Broadband Visionary Award, Multifamily Partner of the Year, Community Improvement Award, Rural Connectivity Award, Construction Partner of the Year, Technology Partner of the Year, and additional honors such as Property of the Year, Tribal Lands Award, Startup of the Year (live pitch!), Workforce Development, Customer Experience, and the Wireless Initiative Award.

Save the date: winners will be revealed in a high-energy ceremony at the Broadband Communities Summit 2026 in Houston, Texas, at the George R. Brown Convention Center on August 26, 2026. All summit ticket holders are invited to celebrate the best our industry has to offer.
