DojoNetworks has named Michelle Norris as its new vice president of sales, assigning her the task of accelerating national revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships for the company’s multifamily connectivity portfolio.
Norris joined DojoNetworks in October 2025 after holding senior sales roles across the proptech and managed Wi‑Fi sectors, and she will oversee the company’s national sales organization.
Previously, Norris led a multistate expansion of managed Wi‑Fi for multifamily properties at Aerwave, a period during which she reports securing portfolio‑level contracts covering more than 60,000 units.
Before joining Aerwave, she held leadership positions at BAI Connect, directing residential sales, driving bandwidth upgrade initiatives, and participating in the acquisitions of two wireless internet companies.
DojoNetworks founder and president Daniel Myers praised Norris as a dynamic leader whose track record of forging high‑impact agreements and mentoring teams stood out as a key reason for the hire.
Norris said she is incredibly excited to join DojoNetworks, noting the company is perfectly positioned to partner with owners seeking resilient, value‑driven connectivity solutions.
DojoNetworks counts NMHC Top 50 Owners among its clients and emphasizes transparency and stability, with independently audited finances over the past six years. The firm operates across conventional and luxury apartments, student housing, senior living, and affordable housing, with its Elemento software platform at the core of its performance, automation, and customer management tools.
